Terms of Lesson Attendance

These terms set forth the conditions for attending lessons in the online Vietnamese service vinatalk. Applicants for lessons are considered to have agreed to these terms upon applying for attendance. Matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by the provisions of the website and other informational materials.

1. Lesson Booking

Ticket (Daily Lesson) : Lessons can be booked up to 2 hours before the lesson start time via the teacher search page. The number of lessons you can book is capped according to your subscription plan. For the daily 25-minute course, you can book up to one lesson per day, with advance Bookings for 3 days (3 sessions). For the daily 50-minute course, you can book up to two lessons per day, with advance Bookings for 3 days (6 sessions).
Ticket (Ticket): Lessons can be booked up to 2 hours before the start time via the teacher search page.
Intensive : Lessons are booked on a monthly basis.

2. Lesson Cancellation

Members wishing to cancel a lesson must proceed via the Cancel/Transfer button on Account Page

Ticket (Daily Lesson) : You can cancel lessons via Account Page. Cancellations up to 2 hours before the lesson start are treated as unattended, and you can book another lesson the same day. Cancellations past the 2-hour mark are treated as attended.
Ticket (Ticket) : You can cancel lessons via Account Page. Cancellations up to 2 hours before the lesson start will result in the return of one ticket. Cancellations past the 2-hour mark do not result in ticket returns.
Intensive: You can cancel lessons via Account Page.

In case of instructor's cancellation

If a cancellation occurs due to the instructor the student will be contacted via email. Alternative arrangements include lessons by a substitute instructor a transfer lesson, or a ticket return.

3. Lesson Transfer

Ticket (Daily Lesson) : Cancellations up to 2 hours before the lesson start will be treated as not held.
Ticket (Ticket) : Cancellations up to 2 hours before the lesson start will result in a ticket return.
Intensive: If a lesson is cancelled by the student, one transfer lesson will be conducted for every four cancellations (one transfer for a monthly 4-lesson plan, two transfers for an 8-lesson plan, and three for a 12-lesson plan).

4. Payment

Payments for a month's lessons or ticket fees must be made via bank transfer or credit card. Refunds are not available after payment.
If you wish to pay for several months in advance, please contact us via the inquiry form.

5. Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us via the inquiry form. Refunds for already paid lesson fees are not available.
You can still attend lessons for which you have paid even after cancellation.

6. Ticket Validity

Ticket (Ticket) : Tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Tickets automatically expire after the validity period. If you purchase tickets again within the validity period, the validity of all your tickets is extended to 60 days from that date.

7. Validity of Daily Lesson Plan

Ticket (Daily Lesson) : The validity period for daily lesson plans is 31 days from the date of application. After the period expires, you cannot book lessons under the daily lesson plans.

8. Continuation of Lesson Courses

Intensive : Continuation applications can be made from My Page starting one week before the last lesson date. If you wish to continue on the same day and time, please apply via My Page. If you wish to change the day, time, or lesson course, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Ticket (Daily Lesson) : Continuation applications can be made from My Page starting one week before the validity expiry date. If you wish to continue the same course, please apply via My Page. The new validity period extends 31 days from the current expiry date.

9. Change Lesson Courses

Intensive : You can change your course midway. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
Ticket (Daily Lesson) : You can change your course midway. If you change courses, the previous course will not be carried over and will be treated as cancelled midway. No refunds will be given, so please be aware. If you wish to change, select a course from the lesson course applications and make a payment to automatically change your course.

10. Change instructor

Intensive: You can change instructor. However, for lessons that have already started, you may continue with the current instructor.

11. Terms change

These terms may be changed or revised without notice if deemed necessary. Any changes or revisions will be announced on the website.

12. Effective Date

These terms apply from April 23, 2020.
